AGENCY SUMMARY

Plan A agency opportunity fee - £125.00.

As an agent you may advertise in a pre agreed area of your choice, and advertise using our Consumer Credit Licence. Once our fee is paid we will send you an agency agreement for signature and return to us. If you require us to set up a website you will inform us of your e-mail address on your agency agreement.

Once we are in receipt of your signed agency agreement this will be signed off and a copy returned to you for your files. At this stage we will inform our web developers of your e-mail address and they will e-mail you confirmation that your site is live, normally within 5 working days.

You are now ready to place your adverts using the copies supplied by us.

If you wish to make up and design your own adverts you can do this, but we must see copies and sign them off before any adverts are placed.

Once you start to receive phone calls, you need to ask the client for their name, address, post code, phone number, and ask them what they are interested in. You can then inform your client that an information pack will be sent to them by return and they can then deal with us directly.

Once we are in receipt of your client’s cleared funds we will send you your commission of 50% of our fee by return.

On average you should receive around £750.00 per mortgage completion, and this opportunity should give you the ability with hard work and effective marketing to earn around £50,000 p.a. We also run incentives for any high achiever, which includes holidays and the use of a company car.

PLAN B - £299.00

This gives you the same opportunity as the agency, however, with a commission rate of 75% which can greatly increase your earnings, paying an average commission payment of £1,125 for a mortgage completion.

If you ever wish to trade up to the full Brokerage you can do this by simply paying the additional sum of £520.00.
