DECLARATION

I, the undersigned, hereby instruct CS Company Services Limited to arrange the requested facilities and agree to pay the relevant fees which I understand will be fully returnable in the unlikely event of the application being declined and these services not provided. All refunds will be returned on the last working day of each month, following receipt of rejection letter. I also understand there are no refunds on any products marked ‘subject to status’.

I understand that CS Company Services Limited provides information and referral services only and that it does not offer banking services or accept deposits on behalf of its participants, nor does it engage in underwriting of credit risk or assurance of credit facilities.

Facilities offered by banks or other financial institutions can change at any time without warning, therefore, we reserve the right to offer you, the customer, the nearest alternative should this arise.

I understand that CS Company Services Limited is not liable for delays from issuing banks and that processing time can vary from bank to bank and that all deposits (where applicable) are to be paid to the appropriate institution and not to CS Company Services Limited.

I understand that if I request CS Company Services or UK Wide Company Directors to be my nominated Company Secretary and/or Director, they will be acting in a nominee capacity only and will not have any input with the running of my company, therefore, if I commit any offence CS Company Services Limited or UK Wide Company Directors, or any other associated company, cannot be held responsible for my actions.

I understand that if my application is rejected for a bank account that is part of a Company Formation Package, I will be given the relevant percentage as a refund.

I agree that should my application for any service be rejected, CS Company Services Limited should obtain my credit file to ascertain the reasons for rejection. I also agree that CS Company Services Limited can also offer an alternative service should this be possible.

I understand that if I purchase a Brokerage, then I am buying information only and cannot gain a refund under any circumstances. I also agree and understand that I, or any company that I may be associated with, are not allowed to advertise in Exchange & Mart and the Sunday Times whilst CS Company Services Limited are in existence.

I understand that if I purchase an agency I cannot gain a refund under any circumstances. If I do not use my agency for a period of 12 months and wish to re-instate this, a further fee of £50.00 will become due.

I understand that should I become an agent of CS Company Services Limited my commission will be sent to me once CS Company Services Limited receive cleared funds. My commission will be worked out after deducting any expenses incurred, such as the cost of forming a Limited Company or for a mortgage valuation.

I understand that CS Company Services Limited has the right to refuse my application, and if this is so, my fees will be returned immediately.

I agree that should it be applicable to obtain my credit file, I authorize CS Company Services Limited to do this on my behalf.

I understand that if payment is made by personal or business cheque five working days will be allowed for clearance.

Please note it is a criminal offence to withhold or give false information when applying for banking facilities and should this arise there will be no refunds.
